Fear
FDR said at his first inaugural address, "the only thing we have to fear is fear it's self.” I believe FDR is correct when he made this statement because everyone does fear fear. Fear is a natural emotion that teaches us to be cautious, however many love fear and seek out fear for pleasure.
The two most common physical responses to fear are sweating and trembling or shaking. Some other common responses are heart palpitations, sensations of shortness of breath, feeling of choking, chest pain, feeling dizzy, unsteady, lightheaded or faint, and chills or hot flashes. Generally humans react to fear in three ways: fight, flight or freeze. We may gather up courage and fight the source of danger (fight); we may feel terrified and flee frantically to escape (flight); or become immobilized, motionless and mute (freeze).
