Fidel Castro - Essay and Term Paper
Fidel Castro has been the successful leader of communist Cuba since 1959 and shown his leadership qualities in many different ways throughout the years. His many plans and strategies have proved his success but has also shown where he is not so strong as well.
Coming from a middle class family Castro had to work for what he has attained. He had followers from a young age; especially through university where he gained the largest number. Castro had several failed revolution attempts on the Batista government in Cuba where he lost many of the revolutionaries and companions. When Castro finally took over Cuba he appointed revolutionaries to the high positions and exterminated Batista’s forces that remained.
