Zero tolerance policies in schools have been a topic of much debate in recent years. These policies result in students getting suspended or expelled for breaking the law or violating school rules. Students attending a school with a zero tolerance policy can expect the book to be thrown at them if they are caught with any type of drug or alcohol.
