When we speak of forgiving and forgetting, God allows things in our life to happen to help us trust Him the more. God will not put too much on us that we cannot bear. When you are filled with the Holy Ghost you will learn how to forgive and forget. When you want to forgive and forget about something someone has done to you, then you will be able to. When you are humble you cannot do anything but to forgive and forget what people have done to you. As a Christian you will always go through something and have problems. You might not have the same problems as everybody else but you will have some. God allows problems to come into our lives. To make sure we will always trust and believe in him through anything.
