Obesty in childern is on the riase and it get worse every day. With P.E. in schools being cut back along with the populerty of video games and watching tevevsion every day there are many resons that childern are at a higher risk then ever before. Obesity is when a person weight 30 percent more then average wieght, with Americas strong perfernces for being tall and slender and pysically fit over being short and overwieght. Unfortunatly the extreme desire to be atractive and physically fit leads many to near obsession with wieght reduction clubs, maganzens about wieght about wieght and diets. That leads mostly young girls who are most likely to suffer from the preoccupation with their wieght. in america at least 70 to 80 percent of girls have been on at least one diet.
