Fear is a distressing emotion. It is defined as aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid. Do you have something you fear? How did you acquire this fear? Did you possibly hear a situation in the media to cause you to become afraid? Media, as radio and television, newspapers, Internet, and magazines, is the means of communication that reaches or influences people widely. Fear has risen in America due to the constant bombardment of negative scare stories by the media.
