Caffeine
According to many different doctors and their different studies, caffeine
addiction is a mental disorder. Researchers have shown that someone who
uses caffeine regularly triggers a physical dependence from the body, which
is a mild form of addiction. The addiction isn’t the same type of addiction
as the addiction that a heroin addict might experience who receives a daily
dose of methadone.
Some of the different types of side effects that heavy caffeine drinkers
get might be that they get headaches or grow irritable. Another thing that
might occur for a heave caffeine drinker is that they could feel lethargic
when they can’t get the soft drink, coffee, or energy drink that their body
is used to having at a certain point in their day.
