Descartes’ Trademark Argument In the six mediations that were written by Rene Descartes, there are many ideas and different theories that he covered. One of these is the Trademark Argument to prove the existence of God, which basically said that he has an idea of God, and that idea was put there by God. To better understand what he was talking about, an evaluation of the argument in terms of soundness and validity will be covered in this paper.
