Skills Assessment Summary
Our team conducted an analysis of skills we possess collectively and determined some possible options for types of consulting businesses in which we may be successful. Upon review of these possibilities, it was determined that there are a few skills that are lacking and would have to be sought out elsewhere. Subsequently, we will review our skills sets, possible consulting ventures, and alternatives for obtaining the remaining necessary skills.
We have broken out the team’s skills into five categories by individual members; thus, grouping them according to functions that are required to perform in a business situation.
